Since 2012, Transcendent Healthcare Outpatient Services, LLC has provided physical, occupational and speech-language therapies to residents and employees of all ages of Gibson and Warrick Counties in state-of-the-art, accredited rehabilitation centers adjacent to our anchor facilities in Owensville and Boonville Indiana.  In these distinct facilities we treat a variety of orthopaedic, neurologic and cardiovascular conditions for patients of all (adult) ages.  We also provide a much needed continuum of services for older adults returning to home  from one of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, as well as for surgical patients on a pre-operative and/or post-operative basis.

All physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services provided within Transcendent Healthcare Outpatient Services, LLC is provided under exclusive arrangement with Transcendent Healthcare Rehabilitation Services, LLC, which provides a dedicated staff of more than 30 full time, part time and PRN therapists- meeting the needs of our patients with outcomes among the best in our industry.  

Our AAAASF accredited Outpatient Clinic allows us to provide the personalized touch you’d expect with inpatient care, but on an outpatient basis. Patients work with our team therapists to create an individualized care plan catered to individual goals. It's the therapy patients need on their schedule.  AAAASF accreditation programs help facilities demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, standardize quality, maintain fiscal responsibility, promote services to patients and collaborate with other health care leaders and holds outpatient and office-based facilities to hospital standards, requiring peer review (peer oversight) and tracking data for hundreds of peer facilities, nationally.

Many rehabilitation programs that begin in skilled and/or inptient settings can improve outcomes by conituing care on an outpatient basis.  Transcendent offers the unique opportunity for patients to coninue their care, often with the same therapy team in a variety of settings.  This is true for patients recovering from any of the following:

Transcendent also employs a number of treatment modalities not typically offered in an outpatient setting to help maximize a patient's ability to remain independent in their homes during and after recovery.  Transcendent has partnered with industry leader Accelerated Care Plus to provide essential treatment modalities to optimize functional recovery.  These modalities, coupled with state-of-the-art Nautilus and other exercise equipment, and the ability to provide outpatient speech-language pathology services, provide a unique rehabilitation environment in Southwest Indiana.
