While the overreaching identity of Transcendent Healthcare has become well-known throughout our communities over the years, the structure required to develop a continuum of provider companies has been much more complicated.  Below is a summary of many of the individual companies that together make up the Transcendent continuum:

Transcendent Healthcare, LLC

This company was the original Transcendent developed as a consulting company to create the alternate Transcendent entities. This entity has remained dormant in recent years and non-revenue producing as it was utilized to develop the below entities but does remain in good standing with the Articles of Incorporation. This entity is presently being restructured as a ‘S corp” for tax purposes and will begin receiving the Management Fees of 7.5% of total revenue. 

Transcendent Healthcare Real Estate, LLC

Definition of Company: This company is a Real Estate company that owns plots associated with the purchase of the North property, including adjacent land (2 acres) to the North property allowing for any type of expansion.

Major Hospital dba Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville

This company is the Lessee of the above operating company and is revenue generating.

Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville, LLC

This company is the Operating/Management company that is in a JV with Major Hospital under the UPL/IGT program.

 Transcendent Healthcare Real Estate of Owensville, LLC

 This company is a Real Estate holding company.

Major Hospital dba Transcendent Healthcare Boonville

This company is the Lessee of the above operating company and is revenue generating.

Transcendent Healthcare of Boonville, LLC

This company is the Operating/Management company that is in a JV with Major Hospital under UPL/IGT program. 

Transcendent Healthcare Real Estate of Boonville, LLC

 This company is a Real Estate holding company.

This company is the Lessee of the above operating company and is revenue generating.

Transcendent Healthcare of Rehabilitation Services, LLC

This company is the Rehabilitation/Therapy company that is contracted by the M operating companies to provide therapy services.

Transcendent Healthcare Outpatient Services, LLC

This company is 100% share/unit owned by Transcendent Healthcare Rehabilitation Services, LLC and is part of the continuum and maintains a separate credentialing as an outpatient clinic and is revenue generating.

Transcendent HomeCare, LLC

A state of the art building in Gibson County has been established to support these services for multiple counties. This property also serves as an education center with all Transcendent Systems, Resources, Policies and Procedures etc. Company will pursue licensure and accreditation as a home health provider in 2021.
